Bee Happy Swim School – Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payments
● Payment for weekly lessons must be received by Wednesday at 11:59 pm each week to secure your child’s place for that weekend’s lesson.
● Any payment received after Wednesday will be applied to the following week’s lesson, and your child’s place for the current weekend cannot be guaranteed.
● Lesson spaces are not secured until payment has been received.
New Bookings & Trial Lessons
● All new bookings require a £12 deposit to reserve a trial lesson.
● If you choose to continue with lessons after the trial, your £12 deposit will be deducted from your future lesson fees.
● If you decide not to continue after the trial lesson, your £12 deposit will be refunded, provided you attended the booked trial.
● if you fail to attend a trial lesson without giving prior notice, the deposit is non-refundable.
Lesson Fees
● Group Lessons are charged at £12 per child, per lesson, unless otherwise stated
● 1-2-1 Lessons available on request.
